Facilitating Health and Recovery
Youth with substance use issues are at a higher risk for mental health problems, including depression, behavioral issues, and suicide. The Lincoln Families Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) program provides short-term intensive therapy to families and youth struggling with substance use and mental health challenges through a variety of therapeutic and behavioral supports designed for:


POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Community-Based Services Program Director, the Program Manager for the Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) program will provide overall program leadership, direction, budget oversight, and accountability for quality and fidelity of MDFT services in Alameda County. The duties of the Program Manager will include acting as the liaison to County Mental Health, Probation, and other referring partners. The Program Manager will also provide leadership, operational, and communications support during the closing of the MDFT Contra Costa Program (expected by 6/30/2026).


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A positive, services-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is organized to handle often competing priorities. Demonstrated knowledge of provider systems, MDFT treatment and how to provide excellent services to families. Demonstrated awareness of, sensitivity to and competence in dealing with cultural and socioeconomic diversity of client population. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability for complex problem-solving, planning, and conflict resolution. Must be accurate, detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to hold clinical needs of the treatment team. Can work independently, but also asks for help when needed.
